ABOUT ME
A veteran of the Louisville advertising scene for over 25 years, Mike Duck is a freelance Creative Director and Producer at Mike Duck Creative, Advertising and Marketing. Currently he oversees the creative work on a diverse mix of clients including: GE Digital Cameras,
UK HealthCare, Louisville International Airport and the State of Kentucky. A well-respected creative and a strategic thinker, he is one of the minds behind the State of Kentucky’s “Unbridled Spirit” brand, which has quickly become one of the most recognized state brands in the nation. Prior to joining New West, Mike worked at Paul Schultz Advertising and Sheehy & Associates.
He holds a B.S. in Fine Arts from Murray State University in Murray, Ky.
Over the years, his work has acquired consistent recognition in the Print Regional Design Annual, the Telly Awards and both regional, local Addy and AIGA graphic design shows.
When he’s not working for his clients, he enjoys kayaking, travel, playing basketball and spending time with his family.
